This policy explains how Vitridata (Vitrine de Dados), based in Goiânia, Brazil, handles personal data collected through this website. We collect as little as possible and use it only to answer you.

What we collect
- Contact form and email: your name, business email, company, the service you are interested in and the project description you choose to share.
- WhatsApp and phone: if you contact us that way, the details you share in the conversation.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) for security and operation of the website.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Why we use it
- To answer your message and discuss a possible engagement, at your request (LGPD, art. 7, V: pre-contractual procedures requested by the data subject).
- To keep the website secure and running (LGPD, art. 7, IX: legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations when they apply (LGPD, art. 7, II).
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers needed to operate the website and our communications, such as website hosting, email and, when enabled, a form delivery service. These providers may process data outside Brazil, including in the United States; when that happens, we rely on the mechanisms allowed by the LGPD for international transfers. We may also disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only for as long as required by law or to exercise our rights. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your rights under the LGPD
Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), you may request: confirmation that we process your data; access; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; portability; information about who we share data with; and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it. Visitors outside Brazil
If you contact us from the United States or another country, we handle your data as described here. You can ask us at any time to access or delete the information you sent us.

The website is served over HTTPS. We limit access to messages to the people who need them to respond, and we use reputable providers for hosting and email.

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
